Dr. Jess is the powerhouse behind Well Adjusted a modern, science-backed chiropractic collective helping families, athletes, and moms feel strong, supported, and pain-free. Her journey began after a chronic back injury from years of sports led her to chiropractic care an experience that not only healed her body but inspired her to dedicate her life to helping others feel the same transformation.
A graduate of Life University, Dr. Jess is Webster Certified, a Graston Technique Specialist, and trained in SoftWave Therapy, cupping, and prenatal + postpartum care. She blends evidence-based techniques with a relatable, lighthearted approach that makes every visit feel empowering and fun.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Jess is training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (brown belt!), weightlifting, or chasing her three daughters, Dakota, Daren, and Davie.
